ProComp 2001-2010 2500HD CV Style Front Driveshaft
Explorer ProComp part number 51248 has been replaced by this updated 51258 part number. This ProComp replacement Dual Cardan style high angle front driveshaft is designed for use on Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD pickup trucks equipped with the Duramax 6.6L Diesel engines. Pro Comp # 51258. This is an excellent addition to almost any drop subframe or bracket style suspension lift and will help reduce or prevent front driveline vibration caused by the installation of a lift kit. This Dual Cardan equipped front driveshaft will allow the use of 4 HI or Auto 4X in consistent traction conditions as prescribed in the GM owners manual. This factory replacement high angle front shaft is made specifically for GM 2500HD and 3500 trucks equipped with the Duramax 6.6L and the Allison transmission.
