This SPC Upper Control Arm # 86470 560 is designed for use on the 1999-2006 and 2007 Classic Chevrolet and GMC 1500 series pickup trucks and SUV's. If you have installed a lift or leveling kit your vehicle may have run out of factory camber or caster adjustment. SPC Upper Control Arm Kit # 86470. Fits 1999-2006 and 2007 Classic Chevrolet and GMC 1500 series Trucks and SUV's. Get your GM truck or SUV's front camber or caster back in spec with these fixed offset upper control arms. Whether you lift your rig 3" or lowering it 1" your truck is going to lose caster. The OE adjusters do not provide enough adjustment range to properly set the caster and that can have a negative effect on the steering feel and handling. SPC offset arms provide an automatic increase of +2° caster change and which then allows you to use the OE cams to properly dial in your alignment to get your drivability back.
The SPC # 86470 Upper Control Arm Kit includes both the right and left hand side control arms. These arms can be used for lifted or lowered applications. When loweing a 1999-2006 GM trucks or SUV you will start to gain caster very quickly and these arms can be installed in such a way to reduce caster by 2* degrees if you need it. Need to replace the OE adjusters? Consider SPC part number # 86375 for new replacement cams, part number # 86325 for replacement alignment pins and SPC part number # 86320 alignment locking plates.
