Superlift 2009-2014 Ford F150 4x4 6" Lift - Bilstein Shocks # K179B

Superlift 6" Lift Kit # 179B fits the 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 model year Ford F150 4x4 trucks. The Ford F150 is the best selling truck in the world and that means there are lots of them on the road. If you want to make your F150 stand out in the crowd it needs to look different than all the rest... and installing a 6" Superlift Suspension System is a great way to get your truck noticed! Front lift is achieved by installing spacers on top of the factory front shock and coil and shock assembly. This eliminates the need for a spring compressor and time consuming dis-assembly of the strut. The factory upper control arms are retained and remain in their factory location. The factory lower control arms and differential is lowered. Superlift provides a set of cast iron steering uprights that are machined in-house. Superlift designed their uprights to maintain as close to the factory track width as possible. To finish off the kit Superlift provides a billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer and brake hose extensions.

Superlift's geometry, from steering timing and linkage angles, to drive shaft and CV axle operating angles, yields optimal component service life and exceptional drivability. The lower control arm crossmembers are a one-piece, full-width, high-clearance design made of .250" thick steel plate, joined together by a skid plate that protects the bottom of the front differential.

• Requires aftermarket wheels, 18” or larger diameter.
• Aftermarket Wheel Backspacing - 4.5” to 5.5”
• Maximum Tire Size - 35” x 12.50”

The rear lift is accomplished using a block and u-bolt kit. The kit is packaged complete with rear Superlift SS Series Bilstein rear shocks absorbers. These are Bilstein 5100 series shocks and they provide improved on and off-road ride and handling performance. This is a complete front and rear suspension lift system that includes a set of detailed instructions.
