Bilstein 2009 - 2018 Ram 1500 2wd Front Shock # 24-274999

Bilstein 5100 Series 24-274999 mono-tube shock absorber is designed specifically for use on Ram 1500 2wd trucks equipped with a spacer or spring style leveling kit. This shock will fit 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 model year Ram 1500 2wd trucks built on the coil spring front suspension only. NOT for use on Air Ride equipped models. This shock has the correct and bar pin (aka cross bar) width for use on theRam 1500 2wd trucks. This shock provides lifted and leveling customers with a direct fit shock absorber that requires no modifications to install.

Bilstein 5100 series shocks feature a 46mm digressive piston with a self-adjusting deflective disc valving. They offer super damping ability that makes them ideal for both heavy hauling and occasional off-road use, while maintaining an exceptional street ride. The Bilstein 24-274999 shock features a zinc-plated steel body and the new Triple-C-Technology coating. Each shock includes the necessary bushings required for installation. Please note, the factory hardware will be re-used for the lower shock mount at the lower control arm. Bilstein does include the correct width Bar Pin to allow for a simple bolt-on installation.
